Why Clients Choose to Work With Me

I've spent more than 30 years helping organisations improve performance, reduce waste and grow sustainably.

But before we talk about experience, qualifications or client logos, there's something you should know about me.

I'm brutally honest.

Not rude. Not confrontational. Just honest.

I believe most business owners, leaders and management teams already know many of the answers to their challenges. The problem is they're often too close to the situation to see them clearly.

That's where I come in.

Think of me as the objective friend you never knew you needed.

I'll tell you what's working, what's not working and where the real opportunities are. Sometimes that's exactly what clients want to hear. Sometimes it isn't. Either way, you'll get an honest assessment based on facts, experience and evidence rather than assumptions or guesswork.

My approach to consulting comes from how I believe people should be treated.

From the start of my sales career, I've always taken a consultative approach because it's how I would want someone to work with me. I have no interest in selling services that aren't needed or creating dependency on a consultant.

If I can solve a problem in a single conversation, I'll tell you.

If I think you're focusing on the wrong issue, I'll tell you that too.

And if I don't believe I can add value, I'll be honest about that as well.

Over the years I've worked with organisations of every size, from ambitious SMEs to global brands including Vodafone, IBM, Samsung, BT, Boots, American Express and Uber. I've led large teams, managed significant budgets and delivered over 1,500 projects across leadership, Lean Transformation, business analysis, sales improvement and organisational change.

Yet the organisations I enjoy working with most all have one thing in common:

They genuinely want to improve.

Because no framework, methodology or consultant can create lasting change unless people are willing to challenge how things are done today.

My role is to help organisations see opportunities they may have missed, simplify complex problems and create practical solutions that deliver measurable results.

No jargon.

No unnecessary complexity.

No quick fixes.

Just honest conversations, practical advice and sustainable improvement.

If that sounds like the kind of support you're looking for, I'd be delighted to have a conversation.
